Secure your booking with a 50% deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your booking with balance payment due 14 days before hire.
Show ID, collect your hire, and pay the balance
A valid credit card will be needed to be pre-authorised to cover damage, late returns etc. We also need proof of I.D. and your drivers license details.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the hire vehicles. No exceptions.
Pets are allowed in all hire vehicles.
Collecting your hire
We are based in Dereham Norfolk. Collection is between 1pm and 4pm on a Monday or Friday.
We can deliver and collect your caravan hire within a 100 mile radius of our base in Norfolk for an extra charge.
On collection you will be given a comprehensive handover on how to use the vehicle and printed instructions are also provided. Handover and paperwork takes approximately 45 minutes.
Documents required for vehicle hire
You will need to bring the following documents with you when you collect your hire vehicle:
Driver’s licence(s)
Proof of insurance cover
Credit card
2 separate forms of identification (household bill with name and address, passport etc)
Support while you are away
Once you are away in any of our hire fleet you have the security of knowing that we have a helpline available 7 days a week during office hours which can talk you through almost all technical emergencies.
Returning your hire
You will be allocated a drop-off time between 9am and 11am.
This must be strictly adhered to as late returns impact other hirer’s collection times. Late returns will be charged.
Upon your return we will inspect the vehicle with you for condition and cleanliness, and within approximately 15 minutes you’re on your way home – it’s as easy as that!
